I’m fundraising for Pancreatic Cancer UK
I’m taking part in The Big Step Forward in the memory of my Big Brother who we lost very suddenly exactly 1 year ago on Saturday 13th July, we are doing this to transform the future for those affected by pancreatic cancer.
It’s unacceptable that more than half of people diagnosed with the deadliest common cancer die within three months. That’s why they need and deserve more. More research, more funding, more breakthroughs. More than hope.
The funds I raise will enable Pancreatic Cancer UK’s nurses to continue to be there for those affected by pancreatic cancer now and fund research to detect early, treat better and transform care.

I never knew how painful it could be to lose my big brother, it was certainly something I had never given any thought to, until this cruel cancer struck. Martin was kind, supportive and full of love and laughter, I could not have wished for a better big brother and protector. I know that he will be watching over me and mum as we walk on Saturday. We will visit all our childhood homes and places of great memories and think of you xThank you to my Sponsors
