I’m fundraising for Pancreatic Cancer UK
I am taking part in The Big Step Forward to transform the future for those affected by pancreatic cancer.
It’s unacceptable that more than half of people diagnosed with pancreatic cancer die within 3 months. Survival rates have improved enormously for most cancers. Sadly, for pancreatic cancer, this is not the case. But there is hope.
The funds I raise will enable Pancreatic Cancer UK’s nurses to continue to be there for those affected by pancreatic cancer now and fund research to detect early, treat better and transform care.
I lost my dad to this cruel disease, he fought for as long as he could to stay with us, he was diagnosed in January 2020 and lost his fight September 19th 2020. The survival rate is very low but new research is happening all the time. Please help me to make a difference and save lives.
