I’m fundraising for Pancreatic Cancer UK
I’m taking part in The Big Step Forward to transform the future for those affected by pancreatic cancer.
Many of you know how this cruel disease has personally impacted me. Loosing my amazing husband Paul in 2023 💜❤️ and loosing my one in a million Dad 💜❤️ in 2005.
The 18 years between hasn’t changed enough to get people diagnosed any quicker, to be offered more possibilities.
It’s unacceptable that more than half of people diagnosed with the deadliest common cancer die within three months. That’s why they need and deserve more. More research, more funding, more breakthroughs. More than hope.
The funds I raise will enable Pancreatic Cancer UK’s nurses to continue to be there for those affected by pancreatic cancer now and fund research to detect early, treat better and transform care.
I’m so excited to be taking part in this incredible event. Somehow, I feel so empowered and ready to achieve this goal I’ve set myself.
I kindly ask if everyone I know can support me on this journey, donates just £2.00 (and not forgetting if you are eligible to add gift aid), I will surpass my target 🙌
