I’m fundraising for Pancreatic Cancer UK
I’m taking part in The Big Step Forward to transform the future for those affected by pancreatic cancer.
It’s unacceptable that more than half of people diagnosed with the deadliest common cancer die within three months. That’s why they need and deserve more. More research, more funding, more breakthroughs. More than hope.
The funds I raise will enable Pancreatic Cancer UK’s nurses to continue to be there for those affected by pancreatic cancer now and fund research to detect early, treat better and transform care.

13th July
Yesterday we took part and managed to raise a lot of money with help from YOU. We are so grateful. We left Lilly’s house and made it to Lossie in 2 and a half hours . We had a good walk looking in at the old station where granny works then headed up through the Cooper park to the old railway line. We saw cows , sheep, snails, slugs, a frog, horses, loads of birds, and amazing countryside. We even had our own air show and we were stopped in our tracks by the RAF police who told us it was at our own risk if we carried on up the cycle path. Luckily the show had just finished so onwards we went looking forward to our treat from Lilly’s dad at the ice cream shop.
