Why I am walking

Sadly, my father dies over twenty years ago, three months after his diagnosis of pancreatic cancer. When my partner Lynne also had her diagnosis of the same cancer ten years later it was shocking to find the survival rates had barely changed. After six months in hospital, five admissions to ICE and numerous close shaves she made it home. She has survived for thirteen years, one of the very few success stories. Funding research into early diagnosis is crucial that's why I am seeking support for a cause co close to my heart. Thank you for anything you can donate, Anne.

We're fundraising for Pancreatic Cancer UK

Pancreatic cancer is a tough one. Tough to diagnose, tough to treat, and tough to survive. Together, we can change that.

We are taking part in The Big Step Forward to take steps to transform the future for people affected by pancreatic cancer. Please support us and our fundraising.

Research breakthroughs give us hope and will save lives. The funds we raise will have the power to make that possible. Every step will support world-leading researchers to speed up diagnosis and improve treatments. By walking together, we can create change to save lives.
